Trips For Kids of Harrisburg

Summer Ride Schedule

Harrisburg’s Recreation Program scheduled rides every Tuesday at 10:30 AM beginning June 21 for seven consecutive weeks.

Boys and Girls Club rides scheduled rides every Thursday at 1:00 PM beginning June 23 for nine consecutive weeks.

Danzante scheduled rides on Wednesdays, July 27 and August 10 at noon

First ride completed

The first ride in the history of Trips For Kids of Harrisburg was completed this afternoon. The trip was arranged by Harrisburg Inner City Outings, and served eight kids from SciTech High. Everyone had a great time.

Kelly O’Neill from ICO said, “Gary La Belle and I went with eight SciTech students and Scott on the Greenbelt, and the trip worked very, very well. Scott made sure that each kid had a bike and helmet that were adjusted to fit, and provided information about what we were seeing along the trail.”
